These Terms of Service reflect the way the SF BUSINESS business works.

1. Sales and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at SF BUSINESS. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the SF Online Store, or on the phone with the SF Contact Center. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as the “SF Store” in this policy.)

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at an SF Store. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at an SF Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with SF’s PRIVACY POLICY.

2. Standard Return Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the SF Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

 

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

 

Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.

Should you wish to return ten or more of the same product, you must return to the SF Store where originally purchased.

3. IPhone, iPad and Watch Returns

Wireless carriers have different service cancellation policies. Returning your iPhone, iPad or Watch may not automatically cancel or reset your wireless account; you are responsible for your wireless service agreement and for any applicable fees associated with your wireless account. Please contact your wireless service provider for more information.

Watch Returns

Watch from the Edition collection may only be returned or exchanged if it’s in its original, undamaged and unmarked condition after passing inspection at SF’s offsite facility. Depending on your original form of tender, a check, wire transfer, or refund to your debit/credit card will be issued within 10 business days provided the returned item is in its original condition.

4. Additional SF BUSINESS Product Terms

Making unauthorized modifications to the software on an iPhone violates the iPhone software license agreement. The common term for modifying an iPhone is jail-breaking, with a particular emphasis on the second part of that term. That’s why we strongly, almost emphatically, recommend that you do not do so. Really. Should you be unable to use your iPhone due to an unauthorized software modification, its repair will not be covered under the warranty.

5. Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

The SF reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the SF Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

6. Order Acceptance/Confirmation

The SF may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. The SF may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify SF’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The SF Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If SF cancels an order after you have already been billed, SF will refund the billed amount.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond SF’s control once it leaves our facilities, SF cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As SF takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the SF Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact SF to resolve. 

8. U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from SF BUSINESS:

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from SF, either online can be returned to SF. SF BUSINESS products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

How to Return an Item

Ship your item back to SF BUSINESS

To return an item to SF, sign in to your ORDER LISTING page with your SF ID and password.

After you sign in, you will see the items from your recent orders. Select an item to go to the order details page. From there, use the Start a Return link below your item and then click the Get Started button. On the next page, confirm the items from your order that you’d like to return and select the Initiate Your Return button.

Next, read the instructions and select the Print Return Label button to print your shipping and any required hazmat labels. If you’re shipping multiple boxes, use the Print Return Label button again to print new labels for each box. We recommend using the original packaging if you are returning a computer.

You can either schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.

9. Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

10. Exchange an item

Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. It's a good idea to check if a product is in stock. Items ordered online from SF BUSINESS that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned by contacting Customer Service at 1-954-695-9094.
